Ingredients
  

  • 500 g ground beef
  • 2 units eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 cup packaged french fries
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley or green herbs
  • 150 g shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
 

  • Place the ground beef in a skillet and add the eggs on top.
  • Season with salt, garlic powder, and black pepper to taste.
  • Let the beef cook for a few minutes until it begins to brown.
  • Add the french fries around the beef in the skillet.
  • Pour in the milk and add the butter to the skillet.
  • Sprinkle chopped herbs over the beef.
  • Lightly break some of the fries and spread them over the beef.
  • Add a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Cover the skillet and cook until the cheese melts and the bottom is golden.
  • Carefully flip using a spatula and cook until the other side is golden.
  • Remove from the skillet, cut into pieces, and serve hot.

Notes

You can replace packaged fries with homemade fries or add bacon, onions, or corn to make the dish even more flavorful.
