Ingredients
  

  • 9 pieces eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 200 ml milk
  • 150 g grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • chives to taste
  • butter for greasing the pan

Instructions
 

  • Crack the eggs into a large bowl.
  • Beat the eggs with a whisk until very smooth.
  • If you do not have a whisk, mix well with a fork.
  • Season with salt and black pepper.
  • Add the milk and mix quickly to incorporate.
  • Add the grated mozzarella cheese and mix again.
  • Add the nutmeg and chives to taste.
  • Mix very well until all ingredients are evenly distributed in the omelet.
  • Grease a baking pan with butter, spreading it well over the bottom and sides.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the greased pan.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes, or until the omelet is set and lightly golden.
  • Remove from the oven, cut into pieces and serve while still hot.

Notes

Beat the eggs well to make the omelet smoother and fluffier. If you do not have a whisk, a fork also works well. Grease the pan very well with butter, including the sides, to keep the omelet from sticking. Use the nutmeg in a small amount to add aroma without overpowering the flavor. Serve right after it comes out of the oven, while the texture is still soft and the cheese is melted.
