Chilled Strawberry Dessert with Powdered Milk Cream

Emanoel Leonardo
This chilled strawberry dessert with powdered milk cream is refreshing, creamy and perfect for hot days. The first layer is made with strawberry gelatin dissolved in hot and cold water, creating a colorful and firm base. The second layer combines cream, sweetened condensed milk, powdered milk and unflavored gelatin, forming a smooth cream that pairs beautifully with the strawberry layer.

Notes

Dissolve the strawberry gelatin very well in the hot water so no residue remains at the bottom of the bowl. Let the first layer set firmly before adding the cream on top, so the layers do not mix. The unflavored gelatin for the cream should be prepared according to the package instructions before going into the blender. Serve well chilled for a firmer and more refreshing texture. The gelatin flavor can be changed to any flavor you prefer.
