
Overnight Oats with Banana, Apple and Cocoa
These overnight oats with banana, apple and cocoa are a practical, healthy and delicious breakfast option. The oats are hydrated with milk, mixed with chopped apple and then combined with a creamy mixture of mashed ripe banana, cocoa, powdered milk and cinnamon. After resting overnight in the refrigerator, they are ready to serve the next morning with a little more milk and banana slices on top.

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 100 ml milk
- 1 apple chopped into small pieces
- 2 ripe bananas mashed
- cocoa powder to taste
- powdered milk to taste
- ground cinnamon to taste
- extra milk for finishing
- banana slices for topping
Instructions
- Place the oats in a bowl or container.
- Add about 100 ml of milk over the oats.
- Add the chopped apple and mix very well.
- Set aside the oat, milk and apple mixture while preparing the banana.
- In another container, add the ripe bananas and mash very well with a fork.
- Add cocoa powder, powdered milk and cinnamon to taste over the mashed banana.
- Mix very well until a banana cream with cocoa and cinnamon forms.
- Add this banana mixture over the oats hydrated with milk and apple.
- Stir again with a spoon until everything is well incorporated.
- Transfer to another container, arranging it well and leaving a little space for finishing the next day.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
- The next day, remove the plastic wrap and add a little more milk to adjust the creaminess.
- Top with banana slices and serve for breakfast.

Use very ripe bananas to naturally sweeten the recipe. Cocoa is optional and can be adjusted to taste. For a creamier texture the next morning, add a little more milk before serving. Cut the apple into small cubes so it mixes better with the oats. Keep the mixture well covered in the refrigerator overnight.
