Easy No-Knead Pan Pizza

Ingredients
  

  • 300 ml warm water
  • 4 g dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 260 g all-purpose flour
  • butter and flour for greasing the pan
  • to taste shredded cheese
  • to taste tomato sauce
  • to taste green bell pepper
  • to taste shredded chicken
  • to taste oregano
  • to taste green olives

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, add warm water, dry yeast, and sugar. Mix well until dissolved.
  • Add the flour gradually and mix until a smooth batter-like dough forms.
  • Cover the dough with plastic wrap or a cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  • Transfer the dough to a greased pan and spread it evenly.
  • Let the dough rest in the pan for another 15 minutes.
  • Add a layer of shredded cheese over the dough.
  • Spread tomato sauce evenly on top.
  • Add green bell pepper and shredded chicken or your preferred toppings.
  • Finish with more cheese, oregano, and green olives to taste.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 20 minutes or until golden.
  • Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
