
Breaded Sausage and Cheese Skewers
A delicious snack, crispy on the outside with a melty cheese filling inside, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients
- sausages
- cheese cubes
- skewers
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup water
- flour for coating
- oil for frying
Instructions
- Cut the sausages into equal-sized pieces.
- Cut the cheese into cubes of the same size.
- Assemble the skewers by alternating sausage and cheese pieces.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, eggs, and water until smooth.
- Dip the skewers into the batter, coating them well.
- Roll in flour to fully coat.
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown, then remove and drain excess oil.
