
Homemade Strawberry Ice Cream with Chocolate Shell
A creamy and delicious homemade strawberry ice cream made with just a few ingredients, featuring an irresistible chocolate shell. Perfect for hot days!

Ingredients
- 300 g milk chocolate
- 400 g condensed milk
- 400 g heavy cream
- 5 tablespoons powdered milk
- 80 g strawberry gelatin
- 200 ml hot water
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave until completely smooth.
- Spread the melted chocolate inside disposable cups, forming a thick layer on the sides.
- Place the cups in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens.
- In a bowl, mix the condensed milk, heavy cream, and powdered milk until smooth.
- Dissolve the strawberry gelatin in hot water, stirring well.
- Add the dissolved gelatin to the cream mixture and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared chocolate-lined cups.
- Let it set slightly, then insert popsicle sticks in the center.
- Refrigerate for about 6 hours until fully set.
- Remove from the cups and serve.

To remove easily from the cup, let it sit at room temperature for a few seconds. Use good quality chocolate for best results.
