
Roasted Potatoes with Garlic Cream and Sirloin Steak
An irresistible recipe featuring crispy roasted potatoes served with juicy sirloin steak and a rich garlic cream. Perfect for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
- 1 kg potatoes
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon chimichurri seasoning
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- olive oil to taste
- 200 g heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons cream cheese (requeijão)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 onion, sliced
- 400 g sirloin steak
- oil for frying
Instructions
- Season the potatoes with coriander, salt, oregano, chimichurri, paprika, and olive oil.
- Mix well to evenly coat the potatoes.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes.
- In a processor, blend heavy cream, cream cheese, garlic, grated cheese, and green onions until smooth.
- Sauté the sliced onion in a pan with oil until golden, then set aside.
- In the same pan, cook the sirloin steak seasoned with salt until browned.
- Add the onion back to the pan and mix with the meat.
- Add the garlic cream and mix well with the heat turned off.
- Serve the roasted potatoes topped with the steak and garlic cream.

Notes
You can adjust the potato seasoning to your taste. Roasting with the skin on makes them extra crispy. Serve immediately for the best texture.
