
Creamy 2-Ingredient Pudding
An incredibly creamy pudding made with just 2 ingredients, without eggs or gelatin. Easy, quick, and perfect for any occasion.

- mold
- bowl
- whisk or blender
- pot for bain-marie
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cans condensed milk
- 340 g plain yogurt
- water for bain-marie
Instructions
- Melt the sugar in a pan over medium heat until it forms a golden caramel.
- Pour the caramel into a mold and spread it evenly across the bottom.
- Mix the condensed milk and plain yogurt until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the mold over the caramel.
- Cover with aluminum foil and place the mold in a bain-marie.
- Cook for about 30 minutes.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours until firm.
- Carefully unmold and serve.
