
Turn Stale Bread into an Amazing Recipe
A delicious recipe to transform stale bread into crispy-on-the-outside, soft-on-the-inside sweet toast. Made with French bread, eggs, condensed milk, and milk, then coated with sugar and cinnamon, it's perfect for an afternoon snack.

Ingredients
- 2 French bread rolls
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml condensed milk
- 100 ml milk
- oil for frying
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Slice the French bread into pieces.
- In a bowl, add the eggs, condensed milk, and milk.
- Whisk well until the mixture is smooth.
- Dip the bread slices into the mixture and place them on a plate.
- Heat oil in a skillet and fry the slices until golden on one side.
- Flip and fry the other side until golden.
- Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In a plate, mix sugar and ground cinnamon.
- Coat each fried slice in the sugar and cinnamon mixture on both sides.
- Serve immediately.
