Ingredients
  

  • 2 French bread rolls
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml condensed milk
  • 100 ml milk
  • oil for frying
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Slice the French bread into pieces.
  • In a bowl, add the eggs, condensed milk, and milk.
  • Whisk well until the mixture is smooth.
  • Dip the bread slices into the mixture and place them on a plate.
  • Heat oil in a skillet and fry the slices until golden on one side.
  • Flip and fry the other side until golden.
  • Remove from the pan and set aside.
  • In a plate, mix sugar and ground cinnamon.
  • Coat each fried slice in the sugar and cinnamon mixture on both sides.
  • Serve immediately.

This recipe is perfect for using leftover bread. Fry in hot oil for a golden crust. Coat with sugar and cinnamon right after frying for better adhesion. Serve warm or at room temperature.
