Marinated Whole Chicken with Potatoes

Emanoel Leonardo
This marinated whole chicken with potatoes is an incredible, well-seasoned and very flavorful recipe for lunch or dinner. The chicken is cut in half, seasoned with tomato, onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, dried parsley and paprika, then left to marinate so it absorbs the flavors. It is then browned in oil, cooked with the sautéed seasoning, butter, bay leaves and fried potatoes, becoming juicy and aromatic.

Notas

Let the chicken marinate for at least 2 hours so the seasoning penetrates the meat well. When frying, wait until one side is well browned before turning to keep the chicken more beautiful and flavorful. Use the same oil and pan to capture all the chicken flavor in the sautéed seasoning. The potatoes should brown before returning to the pan, so they become tastier and keep a better texture.
