
Creamy Banana Dessert with Caramel Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 ripe bananas
- 2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water

Instructions
- Place the ripe bananas and milk in a blender.
- Add the eggs and blend very well until smooth.
- Set the mixture aside while preparing the caramel sauce.
- Place the sugar in a pan, spread it evenly and heat over low heat.
- When the sugar begins to melt around the edges, stir until fully dissolved and golden.
- Add the water gradually, stirring carefully, until a smooth sauce forms.
- Turn off the heat and transfer the caramel to a mold.
- Rotate the mold to spread the caramel over the bottom and sides.
- Pour the banana mixture into the caramel-coated mold.
- Cover the mold with aluminum foil, pressing well to seal.
- Place the mold inside a pan with a little water, without overfilling.
- Cover the pan, turn on the heat and cook for 30 minutes.
- Remove carefully, let cool slightly and cut a slice to serve.

Use very ripe bananas to make the dessert sweeter, more aromatic and creamier. When preparing the caramel, keep the heat low and add the water gradually to avoid splattering. Spread the sauce well over the bottom and sides of the mold before adding the mixture. Do not add too much water to the water bath pan to prevent overflowing during cooking. Once ready, let it cool slightly before unmolding or slicing for firmer pieces.
